국립특수교육원 부설 원격연수 운영에 대한 교원의 인식 및 만족도 분석
원격연수의 이용 형태와 교원들의 인식을 조사하는 것은 물론, 원격연수의 수강 경험유무, 원격연수의 수강 목적, 원격연수의 수강 동기, 원격연수의 수강 시간 등 원격연수 이용 형태에 따라 원격연수에 대한 만족도가 어떻게 다른지를 분석하는데 그 연구의 목적이 있었다. 본 연구는 2009년 3월부터 2009년 4월까지 국립특수교육원 부설 원격연수를 수강하고 있는 교사 468명을 대상으로 교원들의 원격연수 이용 형태와 원격연수에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 원격연수 이용 형태에 따른 원격연수에 대한 만족도의 차이를 분석하기 위해 각 원격연수 이용 형태 변인별(수강 경험․수강 목적․수강 동기․학습 시기․수강 시간․수강 장소)로 Chi-square(χ2)방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원격연수는 교사의 전문성 향상에 매우 효과적이므로, 교사가 요구하는 다양한 원격연수 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 원격연수에 있어서 튜터의 역할이 매우 중요하므로, 튜터에게 다양한 보상이나 강화 등의 유인책을 제공해야 한다. 셋째, 원격연수를 이용하는 형태 즉, 수강 목적, 수강 동기, 수강 경험 등에 따라 원격연수에 대한 만족도 정도가 차이가 나타나기 때문에, 수강 목적, 수강 동기, 수강 경험 등을 고려한 교원 원격연수 시스템(LCMS, LMS)을 개발해야 한다.
The purpose of this study is to compare and analyse the awareness of and satisfaction with the distance training according to the teachers’ background variables : distance training experience, participations reasons, participations objectives, training period and so on. Futhermore this study will help improving basic material for effective training management. The participants of this survey are 468 teachers in the distance training course of KISE (Korea Institute for Special Education) from March 2009 to April 2009. In the data processing the technical statistic value is estimated by the frequency analysis to investigate the teachers’ background variables and the awareness of the teachers. In order to check whether there is a satisfactory difference according to the background variables, a chi-square test is conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, as distance training is effective in improving the teachers’ expertise, various distance training programs should be developed. Second, as the tutors’ role is very important, tutors should be given some rewards and a strong enticement. Third, as there is a satisfactory difference on distance training according to the teachers’ background variables, this should be considered in order to develop the teachers’ distance training system(LCMS, LMS).
